Thank you for purchasing from zhejiangpaperindustry.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all orders placed via our website (zhejiangpaperindustry.com). For custom orders, private label products, or bulk orders (e.g. large quantities, custom sizing, special printing) additional terms may apply; such orders are non-returnable unless defects are proven.

2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 5 working days of the delivery date
  • The product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging (including all labels, seals, accessories).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, packaging photos).
  • The product must not have been damaged by improper handling, storage, or misuse after receipt.

If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered (wrong item, wrong specification), you may request a replacement or full refund, subject to verification.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (private label, specific printing, special cuts)
  • Items that are substantially altered after delivery
  • Consumables that have been substantially used
  • Products not in their original condition, or missing parts/packaging
  • Orders marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email at info@zhejiangpaperindustry.com (or the contact channel provided) within [X] days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Date of delivery
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photographs (if product is defective, damaged, or packaging is compromised)
  2. We will assess your request, and if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without our authorization.
  3. Return the product(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. You may choose the shipping carrier, but we recommend using a trackable method.
  4. Once the returned items are received and inspected 5 working days, we will notify you of our decision to accept or reject the return.

5. Refunds / Replacements

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 working business days. The refund will be made to the original method of payment (bank transfer, credit card etc.).
  • Replacements: Where possible, we may offer you a replacement of the same item (if in stock) instead of a refund.
  • Shipping & Handling Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, etc.), shipping costs for both returning the product and re-shipping (if any) are borne by you (the customer).
  • Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns, we may charge a restocking fee of [percentage or fixed amount] to cover inspection and handling.

6. Damaged / Defective Goods & Transit Loss

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive any damaged or defective product, or if your order is missing items, notify us immediately (within 7 days) with photographs and description.
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund, at our discretion, after verification.
  • If a package is lost in transit (by courier), we will assist by tracking, investigating, and, if confirmed lost, offering a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request cancellation.
  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it per our Returns Policy after you receive it (subject to eligibility).
  • If cancellation is approved before shipping, a refund of the full amount (excluding any transaction fees) will be made within 7 business days.

8. Partial Returns / Multiple-Item Orders

If you return only part of your order (for example, some items from a multi-item purchase), we will refund you for the returned items. Original shipping charges may not be refundable depending on your location and order terms.
